केस में ट्रायल के लिए तैयार रहने को कहा। कोर्ट ने कहा कि नाथूराम गोडसे
ने महात्मा गांधी को मारा, आरएसएस के लोगों ने गांधी जी को मारा, इन दोनों
बातों में बहुत फर्क है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 27 जुलाई को होगी।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मगंलवार को सुनवाई को दौरान राहुल से पूछा- ''आपने इस
तरह का बयान क्यों दिया, इससे इस ऑर्गनाइजेशन से जुड़े हर शख्स को आपने एक
ही रंग से रंग दिया।''
- ''आप किसी ऑर्गनाइजेशन के ऊपर इस तरह का आरोप नहीं लगा सकते हैं।''
- कोर्ट ने कहा, ''अगर राहुल अपना बचाव करना चाहते हैं और बयान पर माफी नहीं मांगते तो बेहतर होगा कि वो ट्रायल का सामना करें।''
- ''आप किसी ऑर्गनाइजेशन के ऊपर इस तरह का आरोप नहीं लगा सकते हैं।''
- कोर्ट ने कहा, ''अगर राहुल अपना बचाव करना चाहते हैं और बयान पर माफी नहीं मांगते तो बेहतर होगा कि वो ट्रायल का सामना करें।''
