Breaking News: Same-sex marriage को कानूनी मान्यता पर Supreme Court में आज से सुनवाई | News18 Breaking News: A five-member constitution bench of the Supreme Court will start hearing from today on the petitions related to the demand for legal recognition of same-sex marriages in the country. In this constitution bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice SK Kaul, Justice S. Ravindra Bhat, Justice PS Narasimha and Justice Hima Kohli are also involved. Meanwhile, on Tuesday itself, the court agreed to hear the Centre's petition, in which questions have been raised on the admissibility of the petitions requesting legal recognition of these marriages.Breaking News: सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पांच-सदस्यीय संविधान पीठ देश में समलैंगिक विवाहों को कानूनी मान्यता दिए जाने की मांग से जुड़ी याचिकाओं पर आज से सुनवाई शुरू करेगी. प्रधान न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की अगुवाई वाली इस संविधान पीठ में जस्टिस एसके कौल, जस्टिस एस. रवींद्र भट, जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा और जस्टिस हिमा कोहली भी शामिल हैं. इस बीच कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को ही केंद्र की उस याचिका पर सुनवाई के लिए सहमति जताई, जिसमें इन विवाहों को कानूनी मान्यता का अनुरोध करने वाली याचिकाओं की विचारणीयता पर सवाल उठाए गए हैं.
